Training will cover working at heights, power tools, and mechanical access equipment. Apprentices will work towards the Roofing Standard ST0270 at Level 2. The role requires physical fitness, attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to learn. Upon completion, apprentices will be eligible for employment as craft operatives, with potential progression to supervision, management, surveying, estimating, or site management roles.
