About the role

An exciting opportunity to become a Level 3 Apprentice Dental Nurse. This 12-month government-funded course, in partnership with City & Guilds, will provide you with an Extended Diploma. You will gain hands-on experience in a dental practice, assisting dentists, sterilizing equipment, handling reception duties, and ensuring a positive patient experience. Responsibilities include chair-side support, managing patient queries, processing payments, booking appointments, maintaining patient records, and ensuring the cleanliness and stock management of the practice. This role offers a clear path for career progression into management or further specialized dental roles.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above. Strong communication, organisational, customer care, problem-solving, administrative, and teamwork skills are essential. Patience and a non-judgemental approach are key.
