About the role

This is an opportunity to become an Apprentice Early Years Practitioner at Bright Beginnings Hertfordsh. The role involves providing high-quality care and learning experiences for young children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Key responsibilities include planning and implementing engaging activities, observing and assessing children's development, building positive relationships with children and families, and maintaining a safe and organized environment. You will also be expected to adhere to safeguarding procedures, work collaboratively with the team, and support children's personal care needs. The apprenticeship includes attending college one day a week at Hayes Campus for mandatory training and units associated with the apprenticeship, working towards a full qualification, and potentially completing Functional Skills in English, maths, and ICT if required. Other employer-provided training will also be given. This role offers a permanent position for the right candidate upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
