About the role
This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to become a Motor Vehicle Apprentice at Brook Street Garage Test Station Limited. You will gain hands-on experience in servicing, maintenance, and repair of vehicles, working to manufacturers' guidelines. Duties include diagnosing faults using specialized equipment, inspecting and preparing customer vehicles, removing and repairing components, and ensuring a safe working environment. You will also contribute to administrative tasks such as updating job cards and providing quotations. This role involves shadowing qualified technicians and progressing to completing tasks independently as your skills and confidence grow. A full-time position may be available upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C+ (Desired). Strong communication, attention to detail, organisational, customer care, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are essential.
