About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to start a career in dental nursing at Meltham Dental Care. The role involves providing chairside support to dental professionals and delivering high-quality oral healthcare to patients. The apprenticeship will provide ongoing support, development, and training to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to qualify and have a successful career. Daily activities include assisting dentists, patient care, surgery setup and cleaning, instrument sterilization, patient record updates, equipment maintenance, and adhering to practice policies. You will receive practical training at the dental practice and theoretical learning from Aspiration Training, with online study and regular 1-2-1 sessions. Off-the-job training will be provided during paid working hours.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE English (4-9) and Maths (4-9). Strong communication, attention to detail, organizational, customer care, initiative, and teamwork skills.
