About the role
This is a unique apprenticeship opportunity to support Clinical Scientists and Specialist Practitioners in GI Physiology diagnostic services. The role involves direct patient contact and liaising with medical staff. Duties include assisting with patient preparation, specialist equipment, diagnostic procedures, and data management. The apprentice will also contribute to quality assurance and actively participate in the Level 4 Healthcare Science Apprenticeship programme. A core understanding of patient care, confidentiality, and safety is required.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English (Language) C/4 or above, GCSE Maths C/4 or above. Desired A Level Science (Physics/Chemistry/Biology/Maths etc) C or above.
