About the role

An exciting opportunity to continue your childcare career with Parenta Training, working within a supportive early years setting at CasaNatura BC. Develop your knowledge and skills whilst working towards a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification and supporting children aged 0-5 to learn, develop and thrive. Duties include supporting children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework, planning and delivering engaging activities, completing observations, supporting personal, social and emotional development, promoting positive behaviour and inclusive practice, and working closely with colleagues and families. You will ensure the health, safety and well-being of children at all times, follow safeguarding procedures, and contribute to a nurturing and stimulating learning environment. A genuine passion for working with children and commitment to completing the apprenticeship are essential.

Entry requirements

• GCSE English and Maths at Pass grade, strong communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, problem-solving, administrative, analytical, logical, teamwork, creative, initiative, non-judgemental, and patient skills.
