About the role
We are seeking a motivated Junior Business Analyst Apprentice to join Paystream Accounting Services Limited. This entry-level role provides an excellent opportunity to learn about software delivery, client requirements, product quality, implementations, and customer support within a dynamic technology environment. The apprentice will support senior team members in gathering and documenting requirements, translating business needs into user stories, and assisting with product backlog maintenance. Key responsibilities include participating in client and internal meetings, reviewing business processes, and contributing to implementation support by aiding in client onboarding, system configuration, and troubleshooting. The role also involves supporting QA activities, testing new features, and investigating reported issues.
