About the role

As an Application Support Lead Apprentice at Natures Aid, you will be the primary IT support contact for UK GIS and STADA, contributing to digital transformation initiatives. You will assist with cloud platform rollouts, workflow automation, and the development of a modern digital workplace. This role involves resolving IT issues efficiently, adopting new technologies, and participating in projects that drive digital change. Regular travel to Huddersfield sites is required, making a driving license and personal car essential. Key responsibilities include logging and resolving IT support requests, providing technical assistance to end-users, delivering excellent customer care, and managing your workload effectively. You will also maintain asset records, order consumables, and assist with new technology transitions. A significant part of the role involves supporting digital transformation by aiding in cloud platform adoption, designing automated workflows, and contributing to the digitization of business processes. You will help colleagues adopt new digital tools and support data collection and reporting activities.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or equivalent. Functional Skills Level 2 in Numeracy and Literacy also accepted.
