About the role
Bostonair Group is seeking a motivated Compliance Apprentice to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to learn from experienced compliance professionals and develop essential skills in aviation safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Key duties include supporting the Compliance Monitoring System, assisting with internal audits, monitoring corrective actions, maintaining audit schedules, reviewing aviation regulations, and ensuring company procedures remain compliant. The apprentice will also be involved in maintaining compliance records, updating databases, supporting investigations, and analysing compliance data to identify trends. The apprenticeship includes training in Business Administration, potentially leading to Level 2 Functional Skills in English and Mathematics. Upon successful completion, there may be opportunities for permanent employment, career progression, or further education.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English at grade 4 and GCSE Maths at grade 4. Essential skills include communication, IT, organisation, administration, logic, teamwork, and initiative.
