Digital Learning Designer Apprentice

About the role

As a Digital Learning Designer Apprentice at Yorkshire Housing, you will join the Learning & Development team to create engaging digital learning content that colleagues will want to use. Your role will involve contributing to the upkeep of the Learning Hub, supporting learning campaigns, and exploring new digital tools to enhance the learning experience for staff. You will be involved in various projects, from developing e-learning modules, videos, and guides, to collaborating with Learning Leads and subject experts to transform learning needs into effective digital solutions. You will also assist in maintaining accurate and accessible content on the Learning Hub, creating promotional materials for learning initiatives, and sharing learning stories. This apprenticeship offers a hands-on approach, allowing you to develop your skills while working on real projects, with the goal of achieving a Level 5 Digital Learning Designer Apprenticeship qualification.

Entry requirements

• GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths, or equivalent. Degree or equivalent experience in creating digital content.
