About the role
Are you motivated and eager to start a career in recruitment? Join our team as a Recruitment Level 3 Apprentice, gaining hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, CV screening, interview coordination and building client relationships. With training and support, you’ll develop the skills and confidence to succeed in recruitment. Duties include conducting candidate screening calls, sourcing candidates, reviewing CVs, arranging interviews, coordinating communication between candidates and clients, assisting with candidate onboarding, building positive relationships, maintaining accurate candidate records, supporting the recruitment process, and providing general administrative support.
