About the role
This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to become an Apprentice Business Development and Marketing Executive at THE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER LTD. You will be involved in researching and targeting prospective employers, managing sales pipelines, generating leads through various channels, and understanding employer recruitment needs. The role also involves promoting TDM Apprenticeships and Skills Bootcamps, converting opportunities into apprenticeship vacancies and learner starts, and working towards sales targets. Additionally, you'll represent TDM at networking events, develop relationships with stakeholders, and promote Skills Bootcamp talent to employers. A key part of the role will be planning and delivering sales-focused marketing campaigns, creating content for various platforms, and analyzing campaign performance. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate CRM records and reporting on leads, conversions, and apprenticeship starts. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, a creative mindset, confidence in speaking and digital tech, and an interest in business/sales.
Entry requirements
- GCSEs at grade 4 or above in English and Mathematics, strong communication skills, attention to detail, organisation skills, teamwork, creativity, confidence in speaking, interest in business/sales, sales/recruitment experience, confidence in digital tech, CRM experience, social media promotion skills, time management skills, self-motivation, and an interest in technology.
