About the role

Are you passionate about sports and enjoy working with children? This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to become a Sports Coach with Hotshots Basketball, part of Activate Management. You will deliver engaging basketball sessions in primary schools, camps, and potentially other settings throughout Northampton. This role requires you to inspire young players, build positive relationships with pupils, school staff, and parents, and support various events.

Key responsibilities include delivering structured coaching sessions, creating an inclusive learning environment, and representing the company's values. You will also be involved in day-to-day administration and must prioritize safeguarding. A confident and clear communicator with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach is essential.
