About the role
Join UPGRADE WINDOWS (BURNLEY) LTD as a Fenestration Fabrication Apprentice and learn to fabricate windows and doors to high standards. This Level 2 apprenticeship involves working independently or in a team, following fabrication manuals, learning techniques to meet client requirements, and maintaining a clean work area. You will also be involved in loading, unloading, and general labouring, with a strong emphasis on health and safety. Upon successful completion of the Lean Manufacturing Standard Level 2 with an NVQ in Fenestration, there is potential to progress into a full-time position and develop a successful career within the company. Full training and support will be provided by The Growth Company.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English: A*-C/9-4, GCSE Maths: A*-C/9-4, communication skills, attention to detail, problem solving skills, number skills, logical thinking, patience, physical fitness, good practical skills, excellent timekeeping, enthusiasm, commitment, reliability, safety consciousness.
