We are looking for an organised and accurate Accounts Administrator to support the finance manager. You will help maintain financial records, process invoices and payments, reconcile accounts and assist with the day-to-day running of the accounts function. Key responsibilities include processing supplier and provider statements, invoices, payments and receipts, maintaining purchase and sales ledger records, completing bank and account reconciliations, supporting the financial manager with payment runs and cash-flow record keeping, assisting with month-end, year-end and audit administration, and responding to finance queries while maintaining confidential records.

Entry requirements

• GCSE Maths & English grade 4 or above. Desired: A Level Accountancy grade 4 or above. Strong communication, customer care, IT, organisation, and attention to detail skills.
