About the role
Join Crestwood Properties as a Level 3 Housing & Property Management Apprentice. You will gain hands-on experience, develop valuable industry skills, and help deliver excellent service to residents while building a rewarding career. Responsibilities include managing daily lettings, handling tenant communications, assisting with property management tasks, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. You will work with various software platforms and gain an understanding of the company's rent-to-rent HMO model. The apprenticeship also involves property inventory checks, compliance checks, and managing tenant files. A driving licence and vehicle are required. Upon completion, there is potential for permanent employment and further training.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above. Desired skills include communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, problem-solving, administrative skills, teamwork, patience, and a presentable demeanor.
