About the role
ESD Recruitment is seeking an ambitious and self-motivated Recruitment Resourcer Apprentice to join their construction recruitment team in Dartford, Essex. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to learn and develop within a friendly environment. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various platforms, screening and qualifying them, building candidate pipelines, managing job adverts, and maintaining relationships with both candidates and clients. The apprenticeship will provide hands-on experience in all aspects of recruitment, with potential for a full-time position upon completion.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above. Strong organisational, communication, and initiative skills are essential. A UK driving licence and own transport are required.
