About the role
Become an important part of a friendly salon team as an Apprentice Hairdresser at Molbys Ladies in Huntingdon. You will learn from experienced stylists, developing the skills and confidence to become a qualified hairdresser. Daily tasks include welcoming clients, shampooing and conditioning, assisting stylists with services, preparing stations, developing practical skills in blow-drying, styling, colouring and cutting under supervision, learning about professional haircare products, maintaining salon cleanliness, supporting the reception team, and ensuring excellent customer service. Molbys Ladies is a busy, fast-paced salon seeking an enthusiastic, reliable individual willing to take initiative, who is friendly, approachable, and confident engaging with clients. A positive attitude and a hands-on approach are essential. Teamwork, good timekeeping, and eagerness to learn are valued. Upon completion, there is an opportunity to progress into a Stylist role with further career development.
