About the role
Become an integral part of The Cutting Room salon team as a Hairdressing Apprentice. You will develop practical skills, knowledge, and confidence to become a professional hairdresser. Your week will involve hands-on salon experience and apprenticeship training, working alongside experienced stylists. Responsibilities include client care, hair preparation, assisting with color and treatments, maintaining salon cleanliness, and supporting daily operations. As your skills grow, you will practice blow-drying, styling, cutting, coloring, and product knowledge, with opportunities to work with models and serve clients under supervision. The role encourages active participation, questioning, and regular practice to build technical ability and confidence for career progression.
