After-Sales Care Co-ordinator Apprentice

About the role

We are seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive After-Sales Care Coordinator to join our team at LINDA LEWIS KITCHENS LTD. This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to develop customer service and administrative skills within a supportive family-run business. You will be responsible for handling spare parts enquiries, supporting the service department with administrative tasks, checking in with customers post-purchase and service, gathering customer feedback for testimonials and case studies, and acting as a key point of contact to build strong customer relationships. While no prior knowledge of the commercial catering equipment industry is required, a genuine passion for helping people and delivering excellent customer service is essential. You will be organised, reliable, possess a good eye for detail, and be comfortable communicating via phone and email. The ability to multitask, take initiative, and maintain a positive, can-do attitude are highly valued. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, keeps customers happy, and ensures excellent service delivery. Full-time employment opportunities may be available for the successful candidate upon completion of the apprenticeship.
