About the role
A&E Glazing Ltd is seeking a Lean Manufacturing Apprentice to join their production team. This apprenticeship offers comprehensive training in all aspects of glass processing, including manufacturing sealed units, mirrors, and laminated glass. The apprentice will learn to operate machinery safely, handle and inspect glass, perform glass cutting, and prepare products for dispatch. Key responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to production schedules, conducting quality checks, and assisting with stock control. The apprenticeship includes working towards a Level 2 Lean Manufacturing Operative qualification, with opportunities for career progression into specialist roles, team leadership, and further development within the company.
