Daily duties include welcoming patients, handling enquiries, preparing surgeries, sterilising instruments, assisting clinicians during treatments, updating patient records, monitoring stock, and maintaining clean clinical areas. The role emphasizes upholding patient privacy and dignity. This apprenticeship offers a clear career path, with opportunities to progress into Senior Dental Nurse, Lead Nurse, Treatment Coordinator, or Practice Manager roles. Further training can lead to becoming a Dental Hygienist or Dental Therapist. The apprenticeship includes the Level 3 Dental Nurse qualification and functional skills if applicable, provided by Tempdent with flexible online delivery and regular support.
