About the role
An exciting opportunity to continue your childcare career with Parenta Training, working within a supportive early year setting. Develop your knowledge and skills whilst working towards a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification and supporting children aged 0-5 to learn, develop and thrive.
Duties include supporting children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework, planning and delivering engaging activities, completing observations, supporting children's personal, social and emotional development, promoting positive behaviour and inclusive practice, and working closely with colleagues and families. You will also ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of children at all times, follow safeguarding procedures, and contribute to a nurturing environment.
Entry requirements
- GCSEs in English and Maths (Pass). Desired: GCSE in Early Years Practitioner (Pass). Strong communication, attention to detail, organisational, customer care, problem-solving, number, and teamwork skills are essential.
