About the role
This apprenticeship is ideal for someone with some prior knowledge and experience within a nursery or school setting, and especially someone passionate about childcare and early years, looking to further their career.
Duties include providing an excellent range of activities that ensures children learn whilst having fun, supporting children's learning and development, preparing and maintaining the environment and resources, and preparing food for meals. The role requires creativity, enthusiasm, adherence to safeguarding rules, and undertaking relevant training, including paediatric first aid. Successful completion leads to a Level 3 Practitioner qualification with potential for permanent employment and future progression into roles such as social work, teaching, or management.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above.
