Early Years Apprentice

About the role

MAGIC ROUNDABOUT NURSERIES LTD is seeking an Early Years Apprentice to join their team. This is a Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship opportunity offering hands-on experience and the chance to gain new skills in a nursery or childcare setting. The apprentice will support children's learning and development, engage them in fun and educational activities, ensure a safe environment, assist with daily routines, and observe children's progress. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, organisation, problem-solving, teamwork, initiative, and patience. GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C are essential. A full UK driving licence is desirable. The apprenticeship will lead to a Qualified Level 3 Early Year Educator qualification, including paediatric first aid. Training will be delivered through a combination of remote learning and hands-on experience, with dedicated mentor support.
