About the role

This is your opportunity to join a team that blends consulting, finance, construction, digital and property skills to address the most complex challenges in real estate and infrastructure. Our Valuations Assurance & Professional Advisory team is part of Strategy, Risk and Transaction-Advisory. From assessing the value of a property to understanding the economic viability of new developments, our team of valuation surveyors support with the smooth running of the UK’s real estate market. We carry out valuations on assets and liabilities, organise their sale or rent and advise on investment, development and management. We use our understanding and expertise of the market to do this, ensuring we can offer clients the best possible advice. We work across a wide range of sectors including residential, commercial and rural properties, as well as plant machinery, businesses, arts and antiques, livestock, crops and intangible assets (e.g. music). We are a unique valuation practice in the market, blending the core services and skills associated with the valuation profession with the strategic insight and perspectives of Deloitte.
