About the role
As an Apprentice Chef with Greene King, you will prepare, cook, and present food to high standards, maintain kitchen hygiene and safety, communicate effectively with your team, and stay updated on new products and menus. This apprenticeship is delivered through work-based training, including remote calls with a Lifetime Learner Coach every 6 weeks and workplace mentorship. You will also have the opportunity to attend four masterclasses as part of the Chef Academy.
