About the role

Embark on a culinary journey with this Chef Apprenticeship at Harvester - Wheatsheaf - Loughborough. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, working towards a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship standard over 15 months. You will learn to prepare, cook, and present food to brand standards, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and handle guest queries. No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided by passionate chefs and a dedicated Learner Coach. This apprenticeship includes work-based training, with a mix of face-to-face sessions and remote calls, along with support from an in-workplace mentor. You will also work towards gaining Functional Skills in English and Maths if required. This role offers excellent career progression opportunities within Mitchells & Butlers, with the potential to progress to higher-level apprenticeships and even Head Chef roles.
