About the role

This apprenticeship offers a blend of academic and practical training in the compressed air industry. Apprentices will receive training from various sources including a dedicated learning and development officer, The British Compressed Air Society, Cogent Skills, experienced engineers, and manufacturers. The program includes in-house facilities for both academic and practical training, as well as in-the-field opportunities. The training structure involves one day per week of classroom learning, one day per week with an in-house learning and development officer, and 2-3 days per week working with experienced engineers. Time will also be dedicated to independent learning and broader industry understanding.
