About the role
Annabels Nursery in Bournemouth is seeking a Level 5 Early Years Apprentice to lead a room. This role involves planning and organizing the team, interacting directly with children, and supporting the delivery of activities. The apprentice will be responsible for creating a warm and stimulating environment, supervising childcare duties, assisting with children's needs, ensuring safeguarding, and upholding nursery policies. The apprenticeship includes a Level 5 standard for Early Years Lead Practitioner, functional skills in maths and English, and training through work-based visits and study time.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English grade 4/C or above. Desired GCSE Maths grade 4/C or above. L3 Diploma/ NVQ in Early Years (Pass). Strong communication, IT, attention to detail, organization, customer care, problem-solving, administrative, analytical, and logical skills. Ability to work effectively in a team, be creative, show initiative, and be non-judgmental and patient.
