About the role

This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to join the Client Support team at MY PENSION EXPERT LIMITED in Doncaster, South Yorkshire. As a Client Support Apprentice, you will be the primary point of contact for new clients, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the ease of doing business with the company. This role is an excellent entry point into the financial services industry.

Key duties include providing comprehensive administrative support, liaising with relevant parties to chase outstanding documentation for pension checks, performing administrative tasks such as scanning and filing, ensuring client records are up-to-date, and communicating MPE's sustainability values internally and externally. You will develop crucial skills in communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, problem-solving, administration, and teamwork.
