About the role

Embark on a rewarding career in dental nursing with this Level 3 Apprenticeship at Buckingham House Dental Surgery, part of Rodericks Dental Holdings Limited. You will receive comprehensive support, training, and development to become a qualified dental nurse.

Daily activities include assisting dentists with patient treatments, providing high-level patient care, maintaining surgical areas and equipment, sterilising instruments, updating patient records, and adhering to practice policies. You will gain practical skills within the dental practice and theoretical knowledge from Aspiration Training, with a blend of online learning and one-to-one sessions. Off-the-job training will be provided during paid working hours.

This apprenticeship is ideal for individuals with a passion for the dental sector, strong communication and customer care skills, attention to detail, initiative, and patience. Essential requirements include GCSE English and Mathematics at grades 4-9. You should also be comfortable with the sight of blood. A course of Hepatitis B vaccines and a clear enhanced DBS check are mandatory.
