About the role

This is an 18-month government-funded Level 3 Extended Diploma apprenticeship in Dental Nursing. The role involves assisting dentists, sterilizing and preparing equipment, reception duties, and supporting the patient experience. You will provide efficient and reliable chairside support, maintain high standards of patient care, confidentiality, and GDPR compliance. Duties include welcoming patients, handling enquiries, preparing surgeries, assisting during treatments, and maintaining clinical areas. The training is provided by Tempdent and includes functional skills if applicable, with a flexible online delivery model and quarterly start dates.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE Maths grade 4 and GCSE English grade 4 are desired.
