About the role

Embark on an 18-month Supply Chain Apprenticeship with MDS Ltd, a unique opportunity for school and college leavers to kickstart a career in the food, fresh produce, and agriculture industry without university. Earn £22,000 per annum from day one while gaining invaluable hands-on experience through three diverse placements. You will support food production, supply chain, logistics, operations, and technical teams, learning the journey of products from farm to shelf. This programme includes comprehensive training, mentoring, and a recognized qualification, setting you up for a successful career. No prior industry experience is required, just enthusiasm and a commitment to learning. A UK driving licence is also required due to rotational placements.

Entry requirements

  • A-Level / any three subjects, or equivalent qualifications / Pass. Strong communication, IT, and organizational skills are essential. An interest in the food supply chain and a desire for progression are key.
