About the role

Embark on a three-year journey with Nando's to become an Assistant Manager-ready "Nandoca"! This program offers a unique opportunity to complete your Hospitality Hero Level 2 Apprenticeship and directly progress to the Pathway to Assistant Manager Level 3. You'll learn the Nando's way of management, focusing on customer service, team leadership, and operational excellence. Duties include welcoming customers, efficient till service, serving high-quality food, managing takeaway orders, maintaining a clean and safe workstation, and adhering to all safety and hygiene standards. Back of house responsibilities encompass food preparation, cooking, and serving to Nando's standards.
