About the role
Nando's is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their Restaurant Manager Apprenticeship Programme. This three-year journey will equip you with the skills and knowledge to become an Assistant Manager. You'll begin with a Hospitality Hero Level 2 Apprenticeship and progress to a Pathway to Assistant Manager Level 3. This role is ideal for those passionate about leadership, customer service, and food preparation within a vibrant restaurant environment. Responsibilities include front-of-house duties such as welcoming customers, efficient till service, and delivering Nando's high standards for food and experience. Back-of-house duties involve preparing, cooking, and serving food to Nando's standards, maintaining a clean and safe workstation, and adhering to all safety and hygiene regulations.
