This is a brand-new opportunity for aspiring leaders at Nando's Greenwich - Peninsula. The Restaurant Manager Apprenticeship Programme offers a three-year journey to become Assistant Manager-ready. You will undertake a Hospitality Hero Level 2 Apprenticeship and then progress to a Pathway to Assistant Manager Level 3. The role involves developing leadership skills, learning restaurant operations from front to back of house, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Duties include welcoming customers, serving food and drinks, managing takeaway orders, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and preparing food.
