About the role
Join the kitchen team at Vintage Inns, a collection of rural pubs where muddy boots and paws are welcome. You'll find roaring log fires, traditional food and a cosy atmosphere. A great opportunity to develop your skills and experience to gain a qualification.
You will be working towards a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship standard over the course of 15-months. This is a full-time role in the kitchen under the supervision of passionate chefs alongside your training. You will gain a nationally recognised qualification and be able to support the running of our kitchens, creating amazing moments for our guests.
The apprenticeship is delivered through work-based training with face-to-face sessions and remote Team calls every 6-weeks. You will also have a mentor within the workplace. Functional Skills in English and maths will be obtained if not already achieved.
