About the role
Join All Bar One as an apprentice Chef and master their menu, contributing to guest satisfaction with your culinary skills. This fast-paced kitchen role offers the chance to work with a supportive team, prepare and present food to brand standards, handle guest queries, and maintain kitchen cleanliness. You'll gain experience in stock rotation, prep processes, and adhering to brand standards, licensing laws, and company policies. No prior experience is needed; a willingness to learn, passion for cooking, and pride in your work are essential. This is a 15-month apprenticeship working towards a Production Chef Level 2 standard, involving work-based training with remote sessions and in-workplace mentorship.
