About the role
Join us at Vintage Inns, a collection of rural pubs where muddy boots and paws are welcome. As a Chef Apprentice, your food will be the reason guests keep coming through our doors! You'll thrive off the hustle and bustle of a fast-paced kitchen, pulling together as a team. With 19 brands and 1600 businesses, the opportunities to develop and grow in one of our kitchens are endless.
Your responsibilities will include preparing, cooking, and presenting food quickly, safely, and efficiently to brand standard, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen, and participating in team meetings. You don't need any experience as we can teach you everything! You will be working towards a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship standard over 15 months, gaining a nationally recognised qualification and supporting the running of our kitchens.
