About the role

Are you ready to turn your hand to new skills? We're looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an Apprentice Chef - helping our kitchen team make amazing food for our guests. You will learn to prep, create, and bring our pub menu to life. This role offers the opportunity to learn new prepping skills, bring meals to life, and potentially own a section of the kitchen. As a Production Chef, you'll be involved in growing your career and developing transferable skills. Experience in a similar chef role or as a Kitchen Porter is desirable, as is a willingness to learn about kitchen procedures. You will work within a team in a fast-paced environment and support the kitchen team with daily operations. A passion for delivering great, hot food to specification is essential. Upon completion of the Chef Development Programme, there's a goal of becoming a Sous Chef.
