About the role
Join the kitchen team at Vintage Inns, a collection of rural pubs where muddy boots and paws are welcome. You'll find roaring log fires, traditional food and a cosy atmosphere. A great opportunity to develop your skills and experience to gain a qualification. This role involves the independent operation of kitchen equipment, requiring applicants to be 18 or over. You will be preparing, cooking and presenting food quickly, safely and efficiently to brand standard, handling guest queries, and ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen. The apprenticeship includes working towards a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship standard over 15 months, with work-based training, remote coaching sessions, and an in-workplace mentor. You will also obtain Functional Skills in English and math.
