About the role
Join Flying Horse - Bedford for a Bar and Waiting Apprenticeship. This opportunity is for individuals aged 18 or over and involves independent alcohol sales within a licensed premises. You will be the friendly face of the establishment, learning to recommend menu items, engage with guests, and ensure a memorable experience. Responsibilities include offering a warm welcome and farewell, providing personalized recommendations, checking on guest satisfaction, handling queries and complaints promptly, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to brand standards and licensing laws. No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided. This apprenticeship leads to a Hospitality Team Member Level 2 qualification, including Functional Skills in Maths and English. The apprenticeship is delivered through work-based training over 15 months.
