As an apprentice, you will be involved in preparing, cooking, and presenting food to high standards, maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety, and communicating effectively with the team to ensure timely service. This role emphasizes hands-on, work-based training with support from a Lifetime Learner Coach and an in-workplace mentor. The apprenticeship includes the opportunity to gain Functional Skills in English and maths and participation in a Chef Academy with masterclasses.
