About the role
Birchwood Farm is seeking an Apprentice Chef to join their team. As an Apprentice Chef with Farmhouse Inns, you will prepare, cook, and present food to meet specifications and customer expectations, while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen. You will communicate effectively with your team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality meals. This role offers a structured apprenticeship delivered through work-based training, including face-to-face sessions and remote calls with a Lifetime Learner Coach, supported by an in-workplace mentor. You will also obtain Functional Skills in English and maths if required.
