You will be an integral part of a fast-paced kitchen environment, ensuring the highest standards are maintained.

As an Apprentice Chef, your responsibilities will include preparing, cooking, and presenting food to meet specifications and customer expectations. You will also be responsible for maintaining hygiene and safety regulations within the kitchen, ensuring a safe environment for your team and visitors. Clear communication with your kitchen team is essential to deliver high-quality meals efficiently. You will also stay updated on new products, menus, and promotions.

This apprenticeship is delivered through work-based training, involving face-to-face sessions and remote calls with a Lifetime Learner Coach every 6 weeks. You will receive dedicated support to obtain Functional Skills in English and maths if needed. Reviews every 12 weeks will involve the apprentice, line manager, and learner coach.
