About the role
Become an Apprentice Chef at The Heron pub, part of the Hungry Horse brand. This role offers hands-on training in preparing, cooking, and presenting food to high standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will learn to maintain hygiene and safety regulations, communicate effectively with your team, and stay updated on menu changes. This apprenticeship is delivered through work-based training, including remote sessions with a dedicated Learner Coach and in-workplace mentorship. Upon completion, you will gain a Chef Academy Production Chef Level 2 qualification, along with Functional Skills in Maths and English if needed.
