About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Greene King as an Apprentice Chef at Grapes Hotel (Portico). You will learn to prepare, cook, and present food to a high standard, maintain kitchen hygiene and safety, and communicate effectively with your team. The role involves working in a fast-paced, premium pub environment. You will receive comprehensive on-the-job training, with no need to attend college. The apprenticeship includes functional skills in English and maths if required, and regular reviews with a dedicated Learner Coach and a workplace mentor.
