About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Apprentice to join Tio Talent. You’ll gain hands-on experience within a fast-paced, high-growth recruitment environment, learning how to headhunt exceptional candidates, support clients, and deliver high-quality recruitment solutions with pace, accuracy and professionalism.
Key duties include headhunting candidates for various roles, conducting qualification calls, building candidate pipelines, and preparing candidate summaries. You will also assist consultants with live vacancies, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate feedback. In business development, you will conduct market research, create target lists, and assist with pitch materials. Supporting marketing efforts involves creating content for digital channels and assisting with events. General administration includes CRM updates, documentation management, and supporting reporting.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English & Maths at grades 4-9 (A*-C) or equivalent.
